After going through my own weight loss journey where I dropped 35 kilos, I discovered my love for nutrition and cooking, and my transformed lifestyle. In stead of feeling deprived on the food choices I could make, I enjoy healthy abudance. In stead of feeling tired all the time, I am now energized more than ever. In stead of the self pity on my body image, I appreciate the new me with all the curves, stretch marks and imperfections!
