I am a certified culinary nutrition expert, health and lifestyle coach and a food relationship expert. After going through my own weight loss journey where I dropped 35 kilos, I discovered my love for nutrition and cooking, and my transformed lifestyle. In stead of feeling deprived on the food choices I could make, I enjoy healthy abudance. In stead of feeling tired all the time, I am now energized more than ever. In stead of the self pity on my body image, I appreciate the new me with all the curves, stretch marks and imperfections! ✅Red: Raspberries, high in antioxidants, potassium, vitamins and fiber. ✅Green: Pumpkin seeds, high in zinc, magnesium, protein and healthy fats. ✅Black: Chia seeds, high in protein, omega 3, mucillagenous property great for your gut. ✅Brown: Raw cacao and dark chocolate, more magnesium, iron, antioxidants ✅Beige: Baobab powder, super high in vitamin c, calcium, potassium and proteins. .

  • Easy exercises to get baby in an optimal position for labour and birthing #36weeks. .
If what im feeling in my pelvis now is anything to go by, I can feel my body giving me all the signs the big event is close. The baby feels like its low now, and the braxton hicks are on another level. But I wont be able to tell for sure if baby has engaged until my 36 week check up this week. .
So mama's in your 3rd trimester i hope you find this moves helpful that i adapted from @mamanatural. .
Exercise 1: forward leaning inversion: excellent to turn a posterior baby or keep baby in the good position they are in. Please make sure to have something to support you on your way up and down. A little challenging. 
Exercise 2: pelvic rocks. This one is more gentle. Be careful with going back to a curl because you can hurt your back. Great for getting baby into position. 
Exercise 3: I honestly dont know what to call it but its a combination of pelvic tilts, forwad leaning and child pose position. This one is excellent and i did it with my second one. It really helped. 
Exercise 4: is more of a gentle resting position just leaning over a ball or any surface really. Works with gravity to help baby get into the right position. .
There is also squats and deep squat position which will help engage the baby but you have to be careful not to engage a baby in the wrong position. So begin with first exercises for optimal position because that will help labor and birthing easier. Hope these tips are helpful!

Again please dont do these exercise without an all clear from your doc or doula. .
Ill be trying to do this atleast once or twice a day as i listen to my body. Hope yall have a fabulous week! .
