“I struggled with follow through when it came to my weight goals. I thought I needed to be on a diet and eat foods I didn’t like. My journey with my planted kitchen would change that for me. Having Shiru as my coach changed my relationship with food and weight all together. I learned the benefits of making healthier food choices and having someone help me with food preps and talk to when I was struggling helped me achieve my goal. One year later and I’m still making healthy food choices, feeling healthier and loving it.
