Hi there! I am Shiru Macharia and this is my recipe blog where I express my love for healthy plant based foods. All our ingredients are gluten, dairy and processed sugar free. They are also free from soy or processed foods.
I enjoy creating beautiful plates for my family with foods that nourish and heal the body! Having gone through my own weight loss journey, I am passionate about working with women to help them incorporate healthier habits into their everyday lives to achieve optimal physical and emotional wellness. I am also a certified Culinary Nutrition Expert trained by the Academy of Culinary Nutrition.
