I am yet to meet a kid who doesn’t love meatballs with pasta! I used Sirimon Cheese Feta and Mozzarella, to make this baked version which was so rich and creamy! Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1 inch. balls; then, place on a greased rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 200° until no longer pink for 15-20 minutes.;;In a cast iron skillet, add the pasta sauce, sour cream, mayonnaise and mixed herbs. Bring slowly to a simmer. Add the cooked meatballs and the cooked pasta and mix in well. Season with black pepper and salt as desired. Sprinkle the mozzarella on top. ;;Bake, uncovered, at 350° until heated through for about 30 minutes. Garnish with some chopped cilantro or basil. ;[/lt_recipe]
